For us, sustainability does not stop at the factory walls: we have created natural areas and insect habitats on our company grounds. They provide a home for bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects – an active contribution to biodiversity.
Our challenges
KSH Filtration Technology develops solutions that enable sustainable water and air treatment
– eco-efficient, resource-conserving and future-oriented. Together with our customers, we contribute to addressing key global challenges.
1. Climate action and energy efficiency
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. We address it by:
- continuously improving the energy efficiency of our production processes,
- avoiding CO₂ emissions with our own solar power, and
- reducing energy consumption and pressure losses for our customers through durable filtration solutions.
Our contribution:
By 2026, more than 950 kWp of photovoltaic capacity is to be installed – saving more than 700 tonnes of CO₂ annually.

2. Resource conservation & circular economy
Raw materials are valuable. That is why we pursue a comprehensive materials strategy:
- Production residues are separated by material and returned to the process as recycled material.
- We reduce packaging materials and optimise transport routes.
- Our filters are designed for durability and recyclability.
Our contribution:
More than 80% of all production waste is recycled or reused.

3. Clean Water for a Growing Global Population
Water is the basis of all life – and a key resource for the future. Our filtration solutions help to ensure that water can be efficiently treated and reused in industry, agriculture and environmental technology.
